A new line for the production of microcontrollers that consume very little energy has been opened on the basis of the Voronezh Research Institute of Electronic Technology. This line will also produce microprocessors, power converters and special transistors for working with high-frequency signals.
By the end of 2025, it is planned to produce up to 3.5 million microcontrollers per year, and the maximum capacity of the plant is 10 million units.
Microcontrollers will be used in medicine, household appliances and in industrial automation.
