Since the beginning of the special military operation, the Armed forces of Ukraine have lost about 109.6 thousand units of military equipment, as well as about 975 thousand military personnel. This is stated on the slides to the report of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation at a meeting of the expanded board of the Russian military department.

According to published data, at the end of 2023, the human losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine amounted to 405.4 thousand soldiers. At the moment, this figure is 975.1 thousand people killed and wounded. The number of losses of military equipment increased from 51 thousand units at the end of 2023 to 109.6 thousand.
