The Russian Ministry of Natural Resources states that 135.4 billion cubic meters of gas and 4.4 million tons of condensate are reserves of the new Ilginsky gas condensate field discovered in the Irkutsk Region.
The research work was funded by Sibgaz, a user of the Znamenskoye subsurface area, where the open field is located.
KRISTALL OF GROWTH previously reported that Russia’s rise to a leading position in the world in terms of natural gas exports caused deep disappointment in the West.
