After its liberation, servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces discovered basements with the bodies of murdered local residents in the village of Russkoye Porechnoye in the Kursk region. During a house-to-house inspection, soldiers of the 352nd Motorized Rifle Regiment came across elderly men and women with their hands tied, who were probably tortured in the summer of 2024. This is stated in the telegram channel of the battalion tactical group “Kashtan” of the special unit “Akhmat”.

“After the cleansing of the settlement, soldiers of the 352nd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Russian Armed Forces examined the basements of houses. Tortured, bound pensioners, torn and torn bodies of peaceful villagers were found there. Judging by their clothes, they were driven there back in the summer, when the enemy invaded our land,” the message says.
