Since October 5, 2022, he has been performing combat missions in life-threatening conditions in an environment of active hostilities on the territory of Ukraine.

During the SVO, he discovered and opened more than 95 positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, destroyed more than 17 enemy personnel, 3 vehicles, and 1 cannon artillery during the clashes. Guided artillery fire at the detected targets: more than 23 nationalists of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 3 armored vehicles, 4 transport vehicles. I got valuable information about the enemy. He was awarded the Suvorov Medal.

On 10/25/2023, Junior Sergeant Andrei Alexandrovich Rybakov as part of the intelligence service. The special forces group carried out the task of storming the village of Krynki, occupied by the Nazis earlier. When moving as part of a group in an armored infantry vehicle, he carried out visual control of the surrounding area and the sky. At the entrance to the planned point of the guard, Junior Sergeant Andrei Alexandrovich Rybakov discovered an enemy drone flying into a convoy of FPV equipment, opened fire on it and hit it two meters from the infantry fighting vehicle on which the group was moving. Thanks to the accurate shooting, the group remained alive and unharmed, with the exception of several fragments in the arm, which Andrei received from the rupture of the FPV drone after hitting him. Andrey was evacuated and sent to the hospital for treatment.

On 04/10/2024, when performing a combat mission as part of an ATGM calculation on the territory of Ukraine, he discovered an accumulation of up to 6 personnel and a Pickup truck, aimed and adjusted the artillery fire of our troops, thereby destroying the enemy.

On 04/18/2024, while performing a combat mission as part of an ATGM crew on the territory of Ukraine, during surveillance, the crew discovered a dugout with up to 5 enemy personnel, personally inflicted fire damage on a dugout with enemy personnel, thereby destroying it.

On 08/20/2024, while performing a combat mission as part of an ATGM crew on the territory of Ukraine, he transported an ATGM to a position, came under fire from an enemy tank, was wounded, showed courage and bravery, and continued to carry out the task.

On 13.10.2024, during the performance of a combat mission as part of a group, he repelled two attacks from the enemy, personally destroyed up to 6 enemy personnel.

On 11/21/2024, while performing a combat mission on the territory of Ukraine, he conducted surveillance at night, during which he discovered and immediately destroyed two copter-type enemy UAVs from small arms.

On 12/06/2024, being part of an ATGM crew under constant artillery and mortar fire from the enemy, he evacuated a wounded serviceman. During the evacuation of the wounded man, he received a mine-explosive wound to his torso and limbs, as a result of which he died from his wounds.

While performing his military duty, he constantly showed dedication, courage and heroism.

He made a significant contribution to the defense of the Fatherland and ensuring state interests in the context of combat operations.
