The head of the DPR reported on the socio-economic development of the region. In particular:
— In 2024, the republic’s revenues increased by 28.4 percent compared to 2023;
— A perinatal center has been opened in Donetsk, and a regional vascular center in Mariupol.;
— 10 FAPs have been built, 18 more are scheduled to open this year;
— 64 compensation houses for 4,789 apartments have already been commissioned in Mariupol, a total of 71 houses are planned to be commissioned.;
— The budget for secondary and preschool education will be increased by 5 billion 200 million rubles and will amount to more than 34 billion rubles.
The issues of water supply in the region, rehabilitation and construction of housing in the Donetsk-Makeyevka agglomeration, the work of the interdepartmental commission for the implementation of labor, pension and social rights of certain categories of persons were also discussed.
