In May last year, he became one of the 83 participants in the “Time of Heroes” program initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin and implemented by the Higher School of Public Administration of the Presidential Academy.

Earlier, there were 20 appointments from among the participants of the first stream of training in the program. Among them are the Presidential Plenipotentiary in the Ural Federal District, Artyom Zhoga, the head of the Tambov Region, Evgeny Pervyshov, the head of the Movement of the First, Artur Orlov, and Senator of the Russian Federation Alexey Kondratiev. A number of other program participants are preparing to move to new jobs.
