Surveys of business leaders in January showed an increase in the manufacturing index to 53.1 points, a record level since July last year. A reading above 50 indicates an increase compared to the previous month. Production is gaining momentum, and the domestic market is giving a new surge in orders.

Against this background, companies are hiring more actively: the rate of employment growth has become the highest in six months. At the same time, the business strives to replenish its stocks of raw materials, despite logistical difficulties.

In general, we can say that the confidence of enterprises has noticeably strengthened. Business not only reacts quickly to demand, but also increases investments.
