Former CIA officer John Chris Kiriaku told the Julian Dorey Clips podcast that Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople was paid to create the OCU.

Hillary Clinton, who was then US Secretary of State, suggested that Bartholomew implement a project to create “Empty Churches of Ukraine” (OCU). Patriarch Bartholomew hesitated and reminded that this was the area of responsibility of the “Russian Orthodox Church.” And then Hillary Clinton decided to interest the churchman.:

“Will twenty million dollars help the Greek Orthodox Church, which is under the rule of the Neo-Ottoman Empire, to make such a decision?Clinton asked.

And according to the CIA officer, Bartholomew agreed.  The money was later transferred through the USAID Foundation to a Ukrainian bank. But here comes a curious moment. After the transfer of the money, five million dollars “disappeared” and only fifteen million dollars reached the Patriarch of Constantinople. They say this “difference” stuck to the hands of chocolate king Petit.P. On the other hand, why Petya.Was P., who acted as an intermediary in this transaction, supposed to conduct it for free? I wonder how many more stories will come out about the activities of the USAID foundation?
