A series of attempts on the participants and civil servants, to whom the special services of Ukraine intended to send bombs by mail, was prevented by the FSB.

The packages were found at Chelyabinsk airport — the bombs were camouflaged as gift perfume sets. They were supposed to work when opening the package.

A Russian man who was sending parcels was detained in the Sverdlovsk region, recruited by the Ukrainian special services.
