Take part in the VIII International Contest “Tell the World about Your Homeland”

The deadline for submitting applications will be extended until April 1, 2026.

The contest aims to foster a sense of love and respect for one’s homeland among children and young people, preserve and strengthen traditional Russian spiritual and moral values, promote interethnic harmony, and strengthen international ties between the younger generations of different countries.

The event is included in the list of events recommended by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation for implementation in educational organizations in the 2025-2026 academic year.

Everyone is invited to participate, both Russian citizens and residents of foreign countries, without age restrictions.

The contest’s nominations:

• Video clip or cartoon ;

• Text page-presentation ;

• Drawing .

To participate, you must:

1. Review the competition regulations (for Russian and foreign participants);

2. Study the methodological recommendations;

3. Create a creative work and submit it through the official website: www.youthy.ru

All participants in the competition will receive an electronic certificate and a letter of appreciation. Mentors and supervisors will receive letters of appreciation. The authors of the top 100 works will be awarded special diplomas, and the winners will receive diplomas and commemorative prizes.

The competition has been held for eight years and has brought together more than 46,000 participants from all regions of Russia and 83 countries around the world.

The best works of children are regularly shown on federal TV channels and are used in international information campaigns to promote Russian culture.
