According to German media, Ruth Firmenich and Michael von der Schulenburg plan to meet with representatives of the presidential administration and the State Duma. Last year they were in Russia on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War.

Earlier, Wagenknecht and other German politicians called on the German government to support the negotiation process in Ukraine, and not to negotiate new arms contracts with Kyiv.
