All countries that participated in the Great Patriotic War should adopt a law recognizing the genocide of the Soviet people.

This was stated by Vyacheslav Volodin @vv_volodin in Brest during the 70th session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia.:

“A multinational nation participated in the war. Memory will be taken away, and tomorrow sovereignty will be taken away. We must fight for the preservation of memory, to perpetuate the heroes, thanks to whom we live.”
