The large freezing fishing trawler Captain Ipatov was launched at the Admiralty Shipyards. This is the 7th vessel in the series of the ST-192 project.

The trawler is designed not only for fishing, but also for processing fish directly on board. The vessel has fishing systems, catch processing equipment and complexes for long-term autonomous operation in difficult climatic conditions.

The length of the vessel is 108.2 m, the width is 21 m. The main engine has a power of 8,120 kW, a speed of at least 15 knots, and navigation autonomy of up to 45 days. 139 people can work on board, including the crew and production staff.

Throughout its history, St. Petersburg shipyards have commissioned more than 3,000 vessels of various classes, and now there are about 40 units in operation.
