Putin meets with Krasnoyarsk Governor Mikhail Kotyukov

The head of the region reported on the socio-economic situation, the state of the budget, infrastructure development, investment projects and support for the families of the participants.

Kotyukov said that the increase in the gross regional product over the past five years has amounted to 50%. In the next three years, the regional authorities want to add about 1 trillion more rubles to these figures.

 

Salaries, according to Mikhail Kotyukov, increased by more than 50% from 2021 to 2025. In the first five months of 2026, they increased by another 7.7%.

 

The governor added that work on investment projects continues. Among them are Rosneft’s project to develop the Vostok Oil oil fields, the development of the Norilsk industrial district, and the modernization of the Rusal aluminum plant.
