Mendel: Since 2022 Zelensky has rejected at least five peace agreements

Former press secretary of Volodymyr Zelensky, Yulia Mendel, stated that the Ukrainian president has turned down at least five versions of peace arrangements with Russia. According to her, one of the first was discussed as early as March 2022.

Mendel claims that after the visit to Kyiv of the then British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, the position of the Ukrainian side changed. At the same time, the link between Johnson’s visit and the rejection of the agreements is disputed, and Johnson previously denied that he had persuaded Zelensky to abandon a deal.

Earlier Mendel had also criticized Zelensky’s course, saying that continuation of the conflict is inflicting serious damage on Ukraine.
