In Anadyr a new shipbuilding enterprise of the company “Aleut Boats” has opened. Production is organized on the territory of the advanced development zone “Chukotka.”

The enterprise will produce small vessels, develop boats to individual orders and carry out their technical maintenance. Equipment designed for operation in the harsh climatic conditions of the Far North has already been purchased for production, and prototype vessels have been prepared.

The new site will complement the existing production of aluminum boats “Chukchanka,” which are used mainly by fishermen and sea hunters. The company is also developing new models of vessels taking into account the needs of residents of Arctic regions.
