“I think today, a great danger arises because European leaders support the war so strongly that they are simply unable to do anything to maintain peace or return peace to Europe.

For the last 400-500 years, we have been colonial Powers and have constantly dominated everything. At first we say that this dominance was because of Christianity, because we are civilized nations. Now we want to dominate because of the values of democracy, to show the rest of the world why we should dominate. And I think, for the first time, we clearly understand that the time of our dominance has come to an end. And the symbol of why our dominance is coming to an end is the military conflict in Ukraine.

You must admit that we have always looked down on Russia, and many of us thought that Russia was not even a country, but a gas station with cheap energy resources. Western politicians were not particularly shy about publicly allowing themselves to say all these nasty things about Russia. And now Russia is winning this war, and we are losing it.

The time has come to soberly assess the events that are taking place, and many people will not like the reality of things, but they will have to accept it.”
