The T2 mobile operator will abandon the solutions of the foreign developer VMware and switch to the ecosystem of the Russian vendor Basis. The contract is for three years. At the first stage, the operator will deploy the flagship virtualization platform Basis Dynamix on 700 servers, gradually expanding their number to 4,000 across the country.

Related products will allow for a seamless transition: the Basic Migration Assistant for virtual machines and the Basis Virtual Protect backup tool. Along with the delivery and implementation of the software, Basis will train T2 engineers at the authorized KUDITS training center.
