A plant for the production of flexible composite pipes was built in Yelabuga. The new company will increase the output of composite products by a third and create 236 jobs.

Flexible composite pipes have several advantages: their installation is faster and requires fewer joints, and fiberglass reinforcement protects against internal corrosion. The pipes are suitable for transporting oil, gas, water and multiphase liquids, and are also effective in difficult climatic and landscape conditions.

The plant will also produce outer shells for fiberglass pipes, which expands the possibilities of using products in housing and communal services and other areas.
