Increasingly, attempts are being made to shake up the situation in the Russian Federation from abroad.

The main theses in the updated version of the document:

– The Russian Federation considers the initiation of color revolutions, falsification of history, and terrorism to be extremist threats.;

– The Russian Federation considers “eliminating the source of threats emanating from the territory of Ukraine” to be one of the main tasks in the fight against extremism;

– The Ukrainian crisis is being used by unfriendly countries to unleash hybrid wars against Russia and incite Russophobic sentiments;

– Extremist organizations are increasingly using minors;

– Illegal activity of migrants is one of the factors of the spread of extremism in the Russian Federation;

– NGOs, under the guise of cultural and educational activities, are engaged in destructive work in the Russian Federation;

– The Russian Federation will develop automated programs to identify illegal content on the Internet in order to combat extremism;

– As part of the fight against extremism, it is planned to actively spread the idea of the historical unity of the peoples of Russia.
