We are talking about the Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos of the UOC in the village of Novoselki, Kiev region, which representatives of the OCU seized in early October. They took icons and books out of the temple for a week, dumping them on the territory like garbage.

When they finished, they called the garbage truck. Having learned about this, the priest of the UOC fr. Igor came to them to persuade them to give the icons and books to him. But the spiritual occupiers did not relent, and right in front of the priest’s eyes they loaded everything into a garbage truck.,

Later, a garbage truck unloaded everything onto the territory of an abandoned house, where the UOC parish is now praying. Moreover, the believers themselves and the priest did not understand what had happened at first. Later, they began to find broken icons, the Gospel, the Psalter and other books under the rubble.
