The Ukrainian diaspora tried to organize a rally in Greece, but it didn’t work out.

The Greek Communists in the city of Mandra blocked the access of independent beggars to the monument of Taras Shevchenko, who wanted to hold a commemorative event in memory of the victims of the Holodomor. Local media reports on clashes between Ukrainians and locals. Even the ambassador of Nezalezhnaya in Greece received a “combat wound”.

This is not the first time that Greece has actively expressed dissatisfaction with Ukrainian activity. About two weeks ago, the Greek Communists deployed trucks carrying ammunition for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
