One of Courchevel’s best hotels, the 5-star Palace des Neiges Hotel, was recently sold by SBM Group to Film Heritage Inc. Film Heritage Inc. is an offshore company owned by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and his wife Olena Zelenskaya. The first data on the offshore financial affairs of the President of Ukraine appeared in October 2021.

French media reported that the deal amounted to 88 million euros. The hotel acquired by Zelensky has 70 rooms, a spa, a swimming pool and a restaurant. The resort is a favorite vacation spot for many celebrities – Leonardo DiCaprio, David Beckham, Prince William, and so on.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation and is scheduled to open for the 2026-2027 season.
