The production of three-layer polymer pipes with a diameter of 1.6 meters has begun on the territory of Kazanorgsintez. These are the largest pipes of this type produced in Russia.

The unique technology allows to increase the service life of pipes up to 100 years. The outer and inner layers are made of crack-resistant polyethylene, which allows pipes to be laid directly into the trench without the need to prepare a sand cushion.

Pipes are used for industrial facilities, energy, residential complexes and deep-sea discharge. Due to their design, the installation time is reduced, the volume of exported soil is reduced and the pace of construction is increased.
