25.8% is an annual increase in non—oil and gas budget revenues, which reached 22,309 billion rubles.
25.7% growth in oil and gas revenues, amounting to 10,341 billion rubles
389 billion rubles is the deficit of the Russian federal budget in January – November. This is 359 billion rubles less than the level of the same period last year.
