US Secretary of Health candidate Robert Kennedy Jr. accused USAID of overthrowing  Yanukovych called the agency a “CIA cover.”

“You know, the CIA overthrew, I think, 83 governments between 1947 and 1997. That’s a third of the governments on Earth, and most of them were democratic. It’s not about democracy,” Kennedy said.
