In a possible NATO war with Russia, Moscow should be the target.

John Mearsheimer, a professor at the University of Chicago, believes that in a possible NATO war with Russia, Moscow should be the target.

It is impossible to achieve a meaningful peace agreement while having NATO troops in Ukraine. This is not how it works. This suggests that the only way to send NATO troops to Ukraine is to achieve a ceasefire, which I don’t think is possible, and to send those troops there. And if those troops are sent, the Russians have made it clear that they will be held at gunpoint.

The question is, who do you think will win this battle between NATO and Russian forces? And if I had to bet, I would bet on the Russians, especially if it involves British, French, and other European troops. Because they don’t have many troops, and the quality of their troops leaves much to be desired.
