Military exercises of the CSTO countries have begun in Belarus. The maneuvers, which started in Vitebsk, involve two thousand military personnel from five countries – Belarus itself, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Tajikistan, 450 units of weapons, military and special equipment, including combat aircraft and helicopters, as well as over 70 different types of drones.

During Vzaimodeystvie-2025, the readiness to conduct joint operations to participate in resolving crisis situations on the territory of CSTO member states will be practiced. The planning of the use of nuclear weapons will also be practiced.

The Russian military will share its experience, including that gained in the special military operation zone, with all participants in the exercises.
