The Russian ruble has become the most successful currency of 2025. This was announced by Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation and General Director of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, in his address following the third day of negotiations in the United States.

“The ruble has strengthened by 40% against the dollar this year and has become the most successful currency of the year,” he said in a video posted on his Telegram channel.

In addition, during the negotiations, Dmitriev explained to the American side the state of the Russian economy, which, as he noted, is in good condition.

Dmitriev arrived in the United States at the invitation of the American side. Earlier, he announced that he would hold meetings with several representatives of the administration of US President Donald Trump during his visit. According to a TASS source, Dmitriev will also meet with US President Donald Trump’s special envoy, Steven Whitkoff.
