The Rosa enterprise is already under construction in the Lotos SEZ and is expected to start operating in early 2027. The investment in the project exceeds 1.2 billion rubles.

The main building is already completed, and the construction of the administrative and production building has been completed. Warehouses and the installation of engineering systems are also underway. The factory will become a local producer of popular household chemicals, reducing dependence on imports.
