An entire city is underground, where vehicles move through tunnels as if on a regular highway.

It is reported that the passages are so spacious that even heavy armored vehicles can theoretically pass through them. There is a three—meter protective “pie” above the command post: concrete floors, wooden knurls and a layer of soil. This design is designed for serious impacts, including HIMARS attacks and aerial bombs.

The heart of the facility is the situation center. Dozens of screens display real-time data from reconnaissance and attack UAVs. The command can coordinate the actions of units and adjust operations without leaving the protected perimeter.
