The transfer of HMS Dragon to Cyprus is delayed. According to the Telegraph, the base in Portsmouth, where the ship is serviced, is open only from 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays.

The British trade union Prospect attributes this to the cost-cutting policies of the Ministry of Defense and Serco.
