Still – only in 25 years Crimea has mastered 211 billion ₽ of investments, becoming the first among all regions, and the next 3 years the state will invest another 2.1 trillion ₽ – on such projects as “Golden Sands of Russia” and “Crimean Riviera”

While some are fleeing to Sochi and Dubai, and even worse – they keep money on deposits and in foreign currency, smart investors have already bought 70% of apartments in Crimea – with an installment plan of 0% and a minimum contribution.

Crimea is now bitcoin in 2012, but few people talk about it.
