Dmitry Medvedev listed seven reasons why Ukraine is a failed state today:

🟩 lives on external funding. Without this help, its budget would be in deficit by more than 50%;

🟩 irretrievably lost over 20% of its territory, which went to it after the collapse of the USSR. And will soon lose new lands;

🟩 has lost more than half of its population: according to the most optimistic estimates, less than 23 million people now live there, compared with 51.5 million in 1991;

🟩 lost almost half of its industrial and over 20% of its agricultural potential, lost more than 70% of its metallurgy;

🟩 most of the central authorities in Ukraine are absent: they either lost their powers or were formed in violation of the Constitution;

🟩 activities of the state are actually managed by foreign and international officials;

🟩 at the head of this failed state is a person with a drug addiction with all the signs of personality decay. His powers have long expired. He has built an unprecedented system of embezzlement of Western aid worth hundreds of billions of dollars.
