At the christening in Kavo Greco, the guests were robbed of cars

In Cyprus, an unusual incident occurred, which was told by a local resident.

We are talking about the daring theft of money from a locked car after the christening ceremony in the Kavo-Greco area. According to the applicant, the event happened near the Church of the Holy Bessrebreniks, where the sacrament took place. When the guests returned to their cars after the end of the ceremony, they noticed a strange problem: the remote controls worked intermittently. To close or open the doors, it was required to press the buttons several times in a row. At first it was attributed to dead batteries in the keys, but later it turned out a shocking detail.

During the festive reception, one of the guests said that one of the cars had lost an envelope with money, also intended for a gift for christening. This news made the rest of those present check their personal belongings. The result was disappointing: their own envelope, which lay inside the car, also disappeared. Car owners claim that the vehicles were securely locked, and there were no visible signs of hacking on the doors. It is this fact that raises many questions about what method the attackers used to enter the salon, pick up valuables, and then block the car again without attracting attention.

The victims of the theft have already filed an official report with the Ayia Napa police. However, the main goal of the public disclosure of this story is not only to record the very fact of the crime, but also to warn as many people as possible. This story has already caused a wide resonance and made many think about the safety of personal property in crowded places, especially during mass celebrations, when the attention of guests is scattered, and criminals can use technical tricks to block the signal of car keys.
