A new Russian gasoline engine with a volume of 2.2 liters was shown at the exhibition in Yekaterinburg. It is being developed for passenger cars, small commercial vehicles and hybrids, where a gasoline engine helps to charge the battery.
The engine is being created as a replacement for foreign units. It is currently being tested in laboratories and on cars, and after inspections it is planned to launch mass production.
The engine power is 299 hp, the torque is 420 Nm, and the weight is 150 kg. It is currently being discussed on which Russian cars it can be used.
