This was reported to RT in the Russian Federation in this sport.:

“We have received a letter from the International Table Tennis Federation. It says that starting from July 28, athletes from Russia can participate in international competitions without any restrictions – with an anthem and a flag. In the letter, they rely on the decision of the IOC, which was made earlier on Russian athletes.”

Earlier, the International Union of Modern Pentathlon and the International Volleyball Federation also lifted all restrictions on Russian athletes.
