The damage was reported on Monday, July 20, in the morning by an employee of the cleaning service, who found traces of gunshots. After that, police officers immediately arrived at the scene.

According to law enforcement agencies, bullets damaged the aluminum entrance door and the inner wall of a building located on Profitis Ilias Street in Germasogeia district (Limassol).

A preliminary investigation showed that the shooting probably occurred over the weekend, but it was discovered only on Monday morning. At the same time, the first results of the examination indicate that smoothbore weapons were not used for the attack.

The area around the building has been cordoned off, and experts are continuing to inspect the scene and collect evidence. The police are investigating the circumstances of the incident and are looking for those involved in the incident.
