Russia has developed and launched the mass production of the first domestic collapsible X-ray tubes for industrial control. They help to find hidden defects in electronics, printed circuit boards, microchips and other high-tech equipment.
Unlike conventional analogues, new tubes can be repaired without a complete replacement, which reduces the cost of operation. In terms of their characteristics, they are not inferior to the best foreign solutions and provide images with ultra-high resolution.
The new development is already being used in the Russian industrial tomograph. It will help improve the quality of manufactured electronics and reduce the industry’s dependence on imported equipment.
