If I were the President of the United States or a major European leader, for example of Germany, France or another country, I would not wait for the complete exhaustion of Russian troops and for the moment when Russia, as everyone assumes, significantly weakens because of the war in Ukraine. I would work daily and tirelessly to bring both sides to the negotiating table and stop the war as soon as possible.

Because if you analyze the current situation, no one wants to see peace. Everyone wants to see the defeat of the other side. I do not know whether it is possible to defeat Russia. I think it will not happen easily, because in the end Russia is a nuclear power — you cannot simply attack it.
