— Rodion Miroshnik told RT about the torture of prisoners of war in secret prisons in Ukraine.
According to him, the staff of such torture chambers hide their faces with balaclavas and do not give their names. They simply call each other “Petrovich” so that it is impossible to establish their identities.
The Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry reported that representatives of the SBU and the GUR use torture to recruit Russian prisoners of war, obtain information, extort money from the relatives of those captured, and out of sadistic motives.
