Sergei Pugachev, a participant in the special military operation and the “Time of Heroes” programme, has been appointed Deputy Minister of Transport and Motor Roads of the Ryazan Region. His mentor in the programme was Governor Pavel Malkov.

➖ Pugachev has lived in the region for more than 10 years; he studied and served there.
➖ He has been awarded the Order of Alexander Nevsky with swords, three Orders of Courage, the Order “For Military Merit” and the Medal “For Merit to the Fatherland” II degree with swords.
➖ He is in the second intake of “Time of Heroes” (June 2025); previously he took part in the regional personnel programme “HEROES62”.
➖ More than 110 participants of “Time of Heroes” have already received appointments to responsible posts.
