This was reported by the Ministry of Defense. Other details:

▪️ On 14 September the corvette was carrying out tasks in neutral waters in the southwestern part of the Baltic Sea;
▪️ at 14:22 it detected a Danish Air Force Fennec-type helicopter that was approaching the Russian warship and did not respond to calls on the international channel;
▪️ to prevent a provocation by the Danish helicopter, the corvette commander fired two red signal light rockets. After that the aircraft flew away;
▪️ Defense Minister Andrei Belousov awarded the ship’s commander the medal “For Combat Distinctions” for skillful and decisive actions.
