The head of state noted that a large-scale election campaign is being held in Russia under the conditions of the special military operation. According to Putin, every voter’s voice matters; it determines which political forces will represent people’s interests at all levels.

Elections to the State Duma of the 9th convocation will be held from 18 to 20 September 2026. Russians will elect 450 deputies: 225 from party lists and 225 in single-mandate constituencies.
