On September 18, voting began at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Nicosia in the elections

of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the ninth convocation.

Despite it being a working day, from early morning citizens of the Russian Federation of different ages have been coming to the Russian Centre to exercise their right to vote. Already in the first hours an active flow of voters formed at the polling station.

Among the first to vote was the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Cyprus, Murat Zyazikov.

On this day the Russian Centre became a place that brought together an important public event. Commemorative souvenirs were prepared for voters, and taking part in the vote became part of a special day for the Russian community in Cyprus.

🗳️ Voting at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture takes place on 18, 19 and 20 September from 08:00 to 20:00.
