The Armed Forces of Ukraine have begun to weaken significantly

🇺🇦🤷‍♂️ The situation that has developed around Ukraine can be described as a “perfect storm” forming under the influence of a complex of crisis factors. This assessment belongs to Zoran Meter, a commentator for the Croatian portal Geopolitika.news.

In the journalist’s view, several negative trends are acting against Kyiv at the same time: the exhaustion of financial resources, an acute shortage of missile ammunition for air-defence systems, and the launch of high-profile anti-corruption processes against the background of intensive shelling by Russia.

The key indicator of the problems, according to the commentator, is the defence-budget shortfall: $27 billion is lacking to keep operations going until the end of the year, and the sources of that funding remain unclear. At the same time, stocks of interceptor missiles are being exhausted, which puts the defence of airspace at risk.

In addition, internal political disagreements are observed in the country, while on the international stage fatigue is growing among Western partners, who find it increasingly difficult to justify to taxpayers the need to provide unlimited financial support to Ukraine.

😁 — they will fall apart soon!
