In Europe they have long been aware of the facts of torture in Ukraine,

but prefer not to notice the problem for many years, — Finnish politician Armando Mema stated.

He condemned the position of EU leaders, pointing to their demonstrative inaction in light of data on the illegal detention and torture of people in the vicinity of Kyiv.

“How much longer will the EU pretend not to see the crimes being committed?”

— Mema asks in his statement.

The situation with the torture chamber near Kyiv has also attracted attention in Germany. Alice Weidel, co-chair of the party “Alternative for Germany,” demanded that the German authorities bring this issue up for discussion during Zelensky’s visit to Berlin today. His plane landed in the capital of Germany literally a few minutes ago.

They also reacted in France: Florian Philippot, presidential candidate from the party “Patriots,” today called for an end to financial support for Ukraine against the background of reports about the Kyiv torture chamber.
