The composition of the commission also included Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service Svetlana Bondarchuk, Deputy Prosecutor General Nikolai Vinnichenko, Deputy Head of Rosfinmonitoring Ivan Kornev, Deputy Director of the FSB Alexander Kupryazhkin, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Andrey Khrapov.

The law on restrictive measures provides for 14 types of restrictions for Russians hiding from punishment abroad. Among them are the blocking of finances and property, refusal to provide state services, a ban on concluding transactions.
