The following requirements are established for obtaining a preferential loan to the average income level of an IT specialist: in cities with millions of people, as well as in the Moscow and Leningrad regions, the minimum wage before deduction of personal income tax is from 150 thousand rubles, in other cities and towns — from 90 thousand rubles per month
